Patagonia Xpress provides luxury boat service, connecting Bali to Gili and Lombok. The service employs certified and experienced crew and maintains appropriate security installations to ensure adherence to the global standards of safety and security. The company has appointed friendly employees at Benoa Harbour, Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, Padang Bai, and Bangsal, Lombok to assist travelers during the boarding process.

Boat Features and Facilities

Painted in rich blue and white, Patagonia vessels reflect a feel of luxury. The boats, which are 33 meter in length and 6 meter in width, are air-conditioned and are designed with the capacity to accommodate 184 travelers. The vessels feature comfortable seating arrangements, spacious sundecks that offer a breathtaking view of the sea and allow for sunbathing, 32” flat screen TVs, CCTV systems, free WIFI, modern toilets, and a large saloon area.  The vessels come equipped with safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, life rafts, life, jackets, ship-to-shore radio, and GPS and AIS technologies.

2. For Pick up/ Drop off service, please inform to our Reservation Staff at the time of your Booking if your client requires        transport from our free meeting point. For booking confirmation we require this no later than
12 noon before date of travel.

3. It is essential that once on the islands that your client re confirms their return ticket 48hours prior to
departure. If only staying one night, they are to reconfirm at our Ticket Office upon their arrival for next
day’s departure.

4. Last check in time is 30 minutes prior to departure, after this time passengers may be deemed as ‘No Show’.
